What will your role look like?

- Run best-in-class telesales operations offering best-in-class insurance products to small business owners.

- Achievement of ambitious sales targets by timely planning and execution of sales programs.

- Innovate and create operating efficiency and yield improvement enhancing opportunities to increase revenue.

- Ensuring training of new sales associates on the policy rules to be adhered to. Ensure that the buddy system is put in place to maintain the operation with minimal disruption in leaves and daily working hours.

- Ensuring that all audit-related issues are brought to closure. Identify and drive continuous improvements and initiatives in the process. Coach & mentor Team lead so that they can manage their teams effectively to drive desired output.

- Hiring of Sales Associates and Team Leads, training, inductions, employee & client satisfaction scores, performance Appraisals and attrition management.

- Ensuring that all internal customer queries are followed up on a timely basis. Collaborate with internal teams to be the Key contact for all problems and queries with specific business assigned.

- Taking on special projects as per business need.

- Organizing classroom-style seminars about product features and sales techniques in collaboration with the training team.

Whom are we looking for?

- Reasonable knowledge and understanding of insurance products (Health, Life, and Motor, etc.).

- Must have experience in managing a direct telesales team of a minimum of 50 employees

- Understanding of telesales channel, caller dynamics, and multiple access channels.

- Deep understanding of call centre tools, systems, and processes, especially CRM, ACD, CTI, Chat tools.

- Strong delivery focus and result orientation

- Strong conception skills to conceive, build and execute strategies, problem-solving, and providing at scale while keeping in mind the reality of day-to-day deliverables.

- Strong bias towards customer satisfaction and empowerment.

- Maximum age: 30 years
