Key responsibility Area:

E-commerce:

- Strategize & implement the plan of action for monthly growth in sales-revenue from the existing online platforms.

- Must have first- hand working experience with online marketplaces like Flipkart, Snapdeal, Amazon etc.

- Must know the process involved in online product selling.

- To create new accounts/ online sellers to generate sales & achieve assigned sales target.

- The candidate should have a proven track record in E-Commerce sales.

- To create and manage promotions and offers.

- Sales analysis and monitoring - Prepare various analytical reports i.e. Month wise sales.

- Responsible for online marketing activities for brand visibility and ROI based on participated activities.

Business Development :

- Planning and driving overall product, marketing and communication strategies involving brand and marketing communications/ digital marketing/ PR/ retail branding / internal communication.

- Meeting with Potential business channel partners and introducing company business products. Role involves finding new business channel, considering new business development strategy.

- Creative Designing and execution: Managed creative designing, procedure and execution of all branding structures and other marketing collateral for internal communications like catalogues, price list, brochures, flyers, PPT and other promotional literature, Event/ exhibition, newsletter, online promotion posting etc.

Vendor management : Developed and coordination with vendors for Marketing Collaterals, POPM/POSM, Merchandise Items, Gift Items, Creative Agency/FreeLancer etc.

Online Marketing Management and E-commerce business development : Marketing of the brand on different online platforms, assessing the feasibility and performance of different online to be used and its repercussions on brand image at Facebook, Instagram, Whatsapp tools etc.

Marketing Research and Competitor's Analysis : Different online/offline Research /Investigations / Survey/ pertaining to market, product and Competition which would help in defining strategy.

- To develop and execute the marketing plan for new and existing products. Suggesting new products to company based on sales team and marketing activities inputs.

- Report related to sales performance zone wise, products wise and analyse data to prepare future product and marketing plan considering various business channel of company.

Budget Management : Prepare and monitoring Annual marketing budget. Monthly monitoring and MIS submission of marketing activities and expenses.
