Job description for Inside Sales Specialist/Learning Advisor

Job Overview

- We are looking for a passionate inside sales professional who can lead the sales function of the company. A go getter with flares for sales. 


- A strategist and executionist who can take the ownership of sales and generate revenue month on month. The candidate with leadership skills who can go extra miles for the company.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning for sales and owning it till execution.

- Ownership of P&L of the sales function.

- Responsible for attending the leads/course inquiries received through emails/website / incoming calls/chat.

- Target oriented with a keen sense of sales.

- Strong strategic thinking with excellent analytical, interpersonal, operational and leadership skills.

- Work closely with the marketing team for advertising courses and improve leads in-flow.

- Assist the management in developing and executing sales strategy and plan, both short and long range, to ensure achievement of company sales targets, growth in profits and expansion of company services.

- To keep sales reports and data updated all the time.

- Responsible for conversions of leads into a potential customer and generation of revenue.

Required Skills :

- Experience in different tactics and skills required for sales.

- Passionate, self-motivated, results-driven professional.

- Excellent written & verbal communication skills in English and MS Office proficiency

- Should have experience of lead generation and engagement.

- Proven experience in meeting/exceeding targets in a metric-driven sales environment

- Proven Experience in sales planning, marketing plan execution, with skills in competitor and market analysis

- Ability to handle, manage and develop a strong sales team.

- Knowledge of Digital Marketing is a big plus .

Required Qualifications :

MBA Sales/Marketing/PR

B-Tech ECE/EEE/CSE/IT

B-Tech + MBA will be an added advantage.

Experience : 0 to 4 Years.

Note : Preferences will be given to candidates from Ed-Tech Industry, VLSI / IT Training companies, Online Training companies, Career Counseling background.
