ABOUT COMPANY : 

Chingari is an Indian video-sharing social networking service wherein people record and share short video clips. Through this app, users upload videos in more than 20 languages including English, Hindi, Bangla, Gujarati, Marathi, Kannada, Odia, Punjabi, Malayalam, Tamil, and Telugu.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES : 

1. Develop strategic plan to achieve revenue goals from an assigned portfolio; strive to hit or exceed revenue goals

2. Retain and grow revenue from existing and new clients

3. Ability to craft, create and deliver insightful narratives or solutions to meet clients' marketing goals

4. Understand and effectively communicate the company's value proposition, technology, partnerships as related to growth of current and prospective client accounts

5. Work with internal teams to facilitate clients- ad campaigns from start to finish

6. Research and analyze data to build up relevant insights to identify opportunities

7. Research leads and maintain up to date information regarding the latest client campaigns and competitor activity

8. Exposure in Retails/SME's Digital Sales

EDUCATION & TRAINING : 

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in sales/marketing/advertising

- 1-2 years of experiences in Digital AD Sales only

SKILLS & ABILITIES : 

1. Demonstrated understanding of digital media platforms and ad metrics

2. Proven success in working with cross-functional teams

3. Flexibility and willingness to embrace change and new opportunities

4. Experience with analyzing data and delivering insights

5. Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit & willing to work in Start Up Environment with a CHINGARI within

6. Ability to travel domestically for sales pitches
