Chimp&z Inc - Creative Producer (3-4 yrs)
Job responsibilities of a creative producer include:
- The creative producer will be involved in every aspect, from conception, development, budgeting, scheduling, shooting, editing, and even promotions, business development, and client interfacing.
- Networking - for Business development and for building crews to cater to a varied style of film- making.
- The ability to juggle multiple projects and widen the company's scope with various ideas/briefs in different mediums is necessary.
- Serve as the pivotal link between the client and the team, able to build an intimate understanding of the client's needs and bring their ideas to channel and direct the extended creative team in brilliant execution
- Planning, analyzing, and evaluating. Develop work plans and realistic timelines
- Develop and manage budgets and vendor contract negotiations to deliver the best value to the client whilst profitable for the company
- Determine project risk on an ongoing basis and resolve/escalate issues as needed.
- Manage vendors and talent on assigned projects with the team
- Be accountable for directing and coordinating the day-to-day production company efforts on the assigned projects and accounts.
