This is a CMO role with a client which is a organic food manufacturer.

We need minimum 10 years of Modern trade sales experience in food industry.

Strategy :

- Plan, develop and execute marketing initiatives

- Decide on Customer acquisition strategy, Products to sell and Geographies to be present in Plan the Marketing Communications objectives and methodology through Digital, Social, Print and other media

- Evolve a Marketing and Sales staffing and compensation strategy

- Define all Marketing and Sales Processes

Operations :

- Take decisions on pricing, margins, offers, campaigns

- Set Product-wise, geography wise sales targets, monitor performance

- Evaluate effectiveness of sales initiatives and make course corrections as required.

- Ensure the reach of the Advertising and Communications initiatives as per plan and evaluate effectiveness

- Take responsibility for the Product wise, Geography wise profitability.

- Evaluate each staff member of the team, motivate and ensure performance.

- Develop and work with outside agencies for events, advertising, contract staffing and other requirements.

- Ensure visibility of the company and its products through blogs, white papers, seminars etc

Skill sets :

- Self-starter, organized and self-motivated.

- Strong communication skills with ability to articulate in writing goals, priorities, results and ideas.

- Ability and experience in planning, developing and executing overall corporate sales and marketing strategies.

- Ability to generate and understand data and analytics.

- Creative, Analytical and leadership skills

Requirements :

- Masters in Marketing Management.

- 10+ years of work experience as a CMO or similar of a mid-sized or large company.

- Strong exposure to marketing and sale of FMCG products in both B2B and B2C environments (Food Segment)

- Exceptional knowledge of Sales and Marketing Techniques.
