Job Description:

- Strategizing, driving and coordinating the marketing strategies across all channels

- Planned execute SEO/SEM campaigns, marketing data base, emails and social media

- Plan and execute innovative ways to promote new initiatives and growth strategies

- Work with the CTO to create and design the UI/UX of the platform

- Design build and maintain social media presence

- Handling the platform PR

- Optimize spends and measure performance based on ROIs and KPIs

- Optimize content for the website and social networking sites such as Facebook and Twitter

- Create online banner adverts and oversee pay per click (PPC) ad management

- Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners for website look and feel, content

- Use consumer feedback to improve user experience

- Identify trends, insights and optimize

Requirements

- Prior experience of 7-10 years with digital marketing and working with online communities.

- Understanding of e-commerce and media editing softwares (photo and video)

- Knowledge of web design principles, best practices and content management platforms

- Familiarity with analytical tools like Google Analytics and Webmaster Tools.

- Writing skills for posts and entries.

- Analytical mindset and critical thinking

- Insatiable hunger to create an innovative platform, an attitude to always be willing to try and ready to fail forward.
