Chief Managing Partner - Sales - Insurance (4-9 yrs)
Designation : Chief Managing Partner.
Job Description :
- Manage Insurance Sales Goals Through BA: Hiring Business Partners
- Developing agents through commission-based training.
- Monitor each agent's activity plan to make sure it is being completed at the specified levels.
- Update the sales management system while conducting weekly performance reviews (PRP) with the agents.
- Encourage agents to enroll in the organization's career advancement programme.
- Encourage agents to manage their customers' cross-selling for various items using the Agent Portal CRM.
Candidate Preference :
- Department: Agency Channel.
- Experience : 4 + Years of Experience in Sales and Marketing of BFSI/Insurance or Similar Industry.
- CTC: up to 6.5 LPA + Incentive.
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to convince and influence others
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
