Chief Managing Partner - Sales - Insurance (3-10 yrs)
Hiring - Chief Managing Partner for multinational life insurance company.
Roles:
1. To forge solid partnerships with all of the partner organizations
2. To expand the company by utilizing a partner sales staff to increase sales of MLI products.
3. Hold follow-up meetings with partners and their clients to promote MLI products to their portfolios.
4. To activate the most mapped sub-brokers, RMs, and lead generators possible each month.
5. To guarantee that all cases are issued without incident and to uphold the permanency of all issued policies.
6. To compile and distribute a daily report to all stakeholders on meetings and sales figures.
7. To monitor the status of policies that have logged into the main MIS.
8. To provide updates on the tasks given for focusing business through task MIS
Required Candidate profile :
- 2 to 3 Yrs of Exp. In Sales and Marketing in insurance
- Age: 24 to 40 Yrs
- Ability to coach others
