Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the APC (Agency Partner Channel) in the assigned location.

- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

- Recruit, train, and mentor a team of field sales professionals to ensure optimal performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners, stakeholders, and clients.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to the sales team.

- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction through effective sales strategies.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to stay informed and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

Qualification: Other Bachelor's Degree.

Minimum 2-7 years of work experience in field sales, preferably in the life insurance sector.
