Chief Manager - Digital Bancassurance - Insurance (6-8 yrs)
Position Title: BRM - Chief Manager

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Achieve the GI cross sell target of the digital sales team.
2. Establish & handle strong business relationship with Digisales team
3. Day-to-day business follow up & co-ordination with the location based Digisales sales managers, ASMs & AMDs
4. Training the Digisales team on various general insurance products
5. Work with Digisales team of the location to identify GI cross sell opportunities & achieve the business targets
6. Doing customer calls for retail leads closure & BPOS transaction handling
7. Execution of campaigns and schemes to push sales and improve customer base
8. Track the performance of each AMD & identify areas of concern, highlight them & upskill via training
9. Investigate, follow up & resolve customer complaints within TATs.
10. Publishing of required MISs to measure & track business.
