Chief Growth Officer - Insurance Vertical (5-8 yrs)

We are looking for : 

A founding team member who is hands-on, passionate, entrepreneurial and experienced from the health insurance industry and wants to contribute to the making of a company that will redefine the health insurance and health-tech industry as we know it. This is a unique opportunity to build an InsurTech platform from scratch and lead the business development and sales of the company.

About Us :

We are an InsurTech platform founded by an IIM-B alum, focused on innovating employee health protection in India by converging health security and health management for corporate employees. We are in stealth mode and are building an industry-first group health product that will change the paradigm of corporate health insurance in India.

Job Profile :

- Member of the Founding Team

- Heading growth strategy of insurance vertical

- Identifying top channels and opportunities for growth

- Innovating and implementing growth hack collaborations for group health insurance (employer-employee cases, non-employer-employee cases/affinity plans)

- Forging strategic alliances with stakeholders

- Leveraging industry experience to devise sales strategy based on client behaviour

- Designing SOPs for corporate sales and claims management

- Designing master templates for client pitches

- Defining and tracking growth metrics of the company

- Identifying areas of deficiency and devising corrective actions to address the identified gaps

- Facilitating the flow of information between product, marketing and sales team

- Collaborating with the core team to achieve the company's vision

- Candidate to be nominated as Principal Officer - hence, only serious candidates with an entrepreneurial mindset and long-term orientation should apply

Job Specifications :

- MBA from Tier 2 B-School

- 5-8 years of relevant experience in Group Health Insurance

- Professional work ethics and leadership qualities

- Creative and solution-oriented

- Excellent in designing simplified and objective written communication

Remuneration :

We are offering a competitive pay scale with upto 1% equity in the company
