We would look at following aspects,
6+Years of Hardcore Sales experience with Broking/Banking/Wealth Institutions/Life Insurance Companies.
Would be able to take up Individual Target +Team Target,anybody with solid Individual Sales/Team handling experience from above mentioned segments would be an ideal fit, Max age limit of 27-34Years.
He/She will sell all products such as Equity, mutual funds, PMS, Private Equity, IPOs, LIs, Taxfree Bonds, Structured Products,etc.
Direct Sales experience : Direct meeting with customers for sales is mandate.
Somebody with experience and Knowledge on Equity/Mutual fund/PMS/Life Insurance is a suitable fit,any two products' sales experience and someone who is a quick learner can be a right fit for the role.
