Job Description for a Real Estate Organization

- Position Overview : As a Tele Caller in our esteemed real estate organization, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients, generating leads, and facilitating the sales process over the phone. We are seeking talented individuals who are fluent in Tamil and possess excellent communication skills to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Outbound Calling : Initiate outgoing calls to prospective clients who have shown interest in real estate properties or services. Introduce our organization, explain our offerings, and inquire about their requirements and preferences in Tamil.

2. Lead Generation : Identify and qualify leads through proactive calling efforts. Gather information about potential clients' needs, budget constraints, and timelines for purchasing or renting properties. Record accurate details of leads and inquiries in the CRM system.

3. Client Follow-up : Follow up with existing leads and inquiries to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel. Provide additional information about available properties, pricing options, and promotional offers to encourage client engagement and conversion.

4. Appointment Scheduling : Schedule property viewings, consultations, and meetings for prospective clients with our sales agents or property managers. Coordinate schedules between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth and convenient appointments.

5. Database Management : Maintain a comprehensive database of client information, including contact details, preferences, and communication history. Update client records with new information obtained during calls and ensure data accuracy and integrity.

6. Feedback Collection : Gather feedback from clients regarding their experience with our services, communication process, and property preferences. Address any concerns or issues raised by clients and escalate them to the appropriate department for resolution.

7. Sales Support : Collaborate closely with the sales team to provide support during the sales process. Share relevant client insights, feedback, and updates to assist sales agents in tailoring their approach and closing deals effectively.

8. Performance Tracking : Track and report on key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and lead quality. Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance calling effectiveness and productivity.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Fluency in Tamil language is essential.


- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone manner.


- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust over the phone.


- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software preferred but not mandatory.


- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a target-driven environment.


- Prior experience in telemarketing, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required.
