Title: Global Business Development Associate (Chemical)

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and research potential global clients in the specialty chemical, polymer, food and biotechnology industry.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and meetings.

3. Assist in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.

4. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.

5. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of services and solutions.

6. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.

7. Participate in networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote the company's services.

8. Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and client feedback to management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the chemical industry.

3. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.

6. Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and a results-driven mindset.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.

9. Flexibility to coordinate with clients in different time zone.
