1. Handle customer requests and queries to convert them to accounts.
2. Take up a proactive approach to ensure resolution and high customer satisfaction.
3. Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
4. Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analysing customer needs.
5. Prepares service reports by collecting and analysing customer information and reporting product malfunctions.
Required Skillset :

2. Proven track record of customer success experience via phone, email, and chat.
3. Ability to work on multiple tools simultaneously like Zoho, calls, chat tools, etc.
4. Problem-solving and developing strong relationships with key customers to build a trusted partnership.
5. Bachelor's Degree in business, technology, and communications.
