Experience : Fresher - 5 years
Location : Remote
Shift : 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Fixed)

Note : Candidates are required to have their own laptops; a deduction of 2500 / month will apply otherwise.
Job Description :
- Provide efficient and timely support to customers via chat platforms.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate closely with team members to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
