Charzer.com - Business Development/Sales Role (0-1 yrs)
The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Meet and exceed sales targets/conversion.
- Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts
- Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
- Establish long term relationship with the existing and new customers.
- Capable of handling and set-up in-person meetings individually
- Working knowledge of CRM systems
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving in Sales Domain
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree. An MBA from a recognized institution is an asset.
- Proficiency and ease in computer use, MS Office Suite (including Excel and PowerPoint) and Email/Internet.
