Charzer - Territory Sales Manager (1-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Be responsible for the development and commercial success of a designated sales region/sector
- Establish business processes; spending time on the ground to gather insights and build solid processes/SOPs to enable a seamless scaleup
- Collaborate across multiple teams - city team, marketing, product, accounts to ensure coherence and swift execution. The candidate is expected to attack critical business bottlenecks specific to the sector to enable swift scaleup.
- As a stakeholder in the core sales team, participate and deliver in short-mid-long term strategic discussions on business, people, and performance.
- Qualify and develop new business opportunities from outbound/inbound calls, leads, general prospecting and email marketing. This includes cold calling and networking in the region to develop one's opportunities
- Perform sales presentations and demonstrations to customers and prospects
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, present, articulate/clarify value and differentiation, and win the business in the expected timeframe.
- Accurately forecast revenue for territory and accounts, maintain contact information, business history and opportunity details in Zoho CRM continuously
- Develop a solid technical baseline through training and development milestones
Requirements :
- 1 to 3 years of outside sales experience are required. Experience working in start-ups is a plus
- Relevant experience with technical solutions and consultative selling
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- A history of success in developing, driving and closing business and achieving quota
- Outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills
- You need to be an energetic self-starter and able to work hard, independently
- Capacity to interact and communicate effectively with internal resources and executives
- A proven ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities and changing
requirements.
- Teamwork oriented, and a willingness to work to the benefit of others
- Possess strong negotiation skills
- Previous experience using CRM (Zoho/Leadsquared)
- 1 in Pune (past experience in Pune or Pune domicile ideal).
- 1 in Hyderabad (past experience in Hyderabad or Hyderabad domicile ideal).
