Charzer- Manager - Digital Marketing (2-5 yrs)
Responsibilities :
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Developing and executing online and offline campaigns, including digital marketing, brand partnerships, on-ground activation etc. to drive conversions.
- Identifying, developing & optimising growth channels to drive app acquisitions and product sales.
- Analysing marketing data and user feedback (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
- Measures,optimizes and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with design and product teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Identify critical conversion points and drop off points and optimizes user funnels.
- Collaborate with agencies, Influencers, content team, other vendor partners.
Qualifications/Skills :
- 2+ years Experience in digital campaign management.
- Team player and strong leadership qualities.
- Strong Analytical and problem solving skills and strong customer-centric mindset.
- Ability to take risk and think out of the box.
- Experience working in startups.
- Brownie points if you've launched products and built a strong userbase from scratch.
