Key Responsibilities :
- The Incumbent will have to work closely with the customers to offer solutions and to drive company's revenue, as well as operations.
- Arrange client meetings for the field force.
- Identify the right people to connect to and manage company's relationships with the client-partners
- Run campaigns on e-mail, calls, and social media to get meetings with the relevant people.
- Participate in pre-sales, creating proposals and pricing new deals
- Research solutions and services that the product can offer in comparison to the existing offering.
- Prompt response to customer inquiries and handling of customer grievances.
We are looking at candidates with previous inside sales or business development experience.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Communication skills are of utmost importance and incumbents should possess good customer - service skills.
