Chargebee - Sales Development Representative (2-8 yrs)
Context
We are looking for an SDR to play a critical role in Chargebee. They will be the first point of contact for all inbound leads generated by the marketing team. By rapidly responding to email and phone, they will qualify potential prospects and book meeting with one of our Sales Directors, while doing in-depth research on the company and individual.
Requirements :
- Very strong communication skills, both written and verbal English
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently
- Willingness to learn the Freshsales (CRM) platform
- Interest in the SaaS industry
- Competitive mindset and eagerness to win
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
About You :
- Highly competitive personality
- Prior Sales, Retail, Customer Service or Service Industry experience is desirable
- Experience determining customer requirements and fairly complex solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively with all levels of employees and management
- A mature, self-motivated person with a positive, professional attitude
- High capacity to operate effectively in turbulent startup environment
- Progressive, consistent work history and excellent references
