Chargebee - Growth Specialist - Onboarding (2-7 yrs)
We're looking for a growth specialist who can build a stellar onboarding and engagement programme for our early-stage customers.
You're driven by creating better experiences for customers and are excited by the idea of wearing multiple hats at once.
On a typical day, you'll:
- Own the onboarding experience for all Freemium customers.
- Build and distribute onboarding guides, checklists, webinars and e-books.
- Set-up and optimise e-mail and app onboarding campaigns.
- Set up automated (e-mail, in-app, chat etc.) campaigns to educate users on core features that will help - them get started and be successful with Chargebee.
- Host product onboarding webinars and live AMAs and work with product managers and support specialists to execute them.
- Work with our support team to drive better self-serve support for startups
- Track onboarding and engagement analytics using Mixpanel, Hubspot and other tools.
- Own engagement and onboarding KPIs and build dashboards to track engagement metrics.
We hope you've got
- 2+ years experience in marketing/growth for a technology or software company.
- Experience in creating content for blogs, e-mails and newsletters.
- Experience with E-mail Marketing software/marketing automation softwares.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
