Job Title: Performance Marketing Manager

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with at least 2+ years of experience managing sales of a brand on Amazon and Flipkart. The ideal candidate will have exposure to advertising on Meta and Google and must be a graduate.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue across online channels.

- Manage Amazon and Flipkart accounts, including product listings, pricing, and inventory management.

- Analyse sales data and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for optimization and - growth.

- Create and manage online advertising campaigns on Meta and Google to drive traffic and conversions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with business objectives.

- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices, and incorporate new approaches into marketing strategies as appropriate.

- Monitor and report on performance metrics, using data to inform decision-making and optimize campaigns.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors, partners, and internal teams.

- Manage budgets and ensure the effective allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.

Qualifications :

- At least two years of experience managing sales of a brand on Amazon and Flipkart.

- Exposure to advertising on Meta and Google.

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively -with cross-functional teams.

- Proven track record of developing and executing successful performance marketing campaigns.

- Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Passion for the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving business objectives.
