Our Client In Kolkata a Premium Two wheeler company is hiring Customer Relationship Executive for their showroom.
ROLE - CUSTOMER RELATION
LOOKING FOR ONLY FEMALE CANDIDATES
Location - Kolkata - VIP road
Required Experience - 2 years minimum into retail customer care/ relation
Brief Role :
- Handling customer queries
- Managing Customer Complaint and feedback and helping towards proper solution
- Coordinating with management for various customer related issues
- generating various reports
Basic Requirement :
- Good communicator -should be able to communicate in English, Bengali and Hindi
- Pleasing personality, able to handle customer feedback and complaints
- 2 years' of experience in Customer Relation
