Job Title: Channel Manager - Retail Assets/Business Loans
Department : Credit Cards, Retail and MSME Lending
Reporting To : Area Head Retail Assets - Unsecured Loans
Position Purpose :
- To Achieve Retail Assets disbursal volume targets set for the area (Through DSA's / channel partners)
- Ensure the profitability parameters are met:
- Pricing
- Fee
- Cross Sell products - Insurance
- Cost of Acquisition
Position Responsibilities :
- Appointment of DSA/Channel Partners.
- Acquisition of new DSA's for Unsecured Loans basis the requisite organizational norms
- Ensuring correct and accurate documentation for the empanelment process
- Adherence to all Channel Audit Requirements
Salary : INR 5,00,000 - 8,00,000 P.A.
