Hiring for Channel Marketing with a leading health insurance in Mumbai (Thane)

Exp : 3+ Yrs

Location : Mumbai (Thane- Ghodbunder Road)

Job Purpose :

The purpose of the role is to be responsible for managing channel marketing initiatives for the assigned channels. including Agency, Broker channel, and Direct Marketing Channel along with creative support. Lead generation, activations and design & deployment of tactical BTL campaigns to drive lead generation, product-related focus, agent recruitment & engagement support etc. to maximize product penetration and customer acquisition.

Key Result Areas :

- Provide support in creating the annual channel marketing plan and execute the Channel Marketing initiatives for assigned channels

- Facilitate in creating a preferred brand among all distributors in order to support the desired channel expansion and growth

- Ensure speed and quality of implementation at national and regional level

- Liaison with departments to roll out Channel marketing initiatives

- Coordinate with Provider Network team for activation initiatives supported by provider partners

- Execution of the channel marketing initiatives through smooth vendor management relationships

Supporting Actions :

- Facilitate creation of the channel marketing plan with the help of all stakeholders

- Understand the need of the distributor and his marketing organization

- Channel Marketing for for our branches, Bank Coordinating with Branch Managers, Area Managers, Regional Managers for Marketing, Collateral & BTL Activations Product drive and Advisors engagement.

- Support Customer acquisition through Camps, events and activations Marketing initiatives to support the requirement of Digitizing partner employees experience with Company.

- Lead generation for channel, Ensure maintenance of continuous benchmarking with competitive activities

- Ensure benchmark status measurable quantitatively and qualitatively

- Ensure that requirements are collated proactively and build the right agency/ vendor base for assessment

- Ensure tie ups with agencies & vendors and align them with organizations expectation and guidelines

- Measure and improve on speed and quality of response regularly with all stakeholders

- Raising requests for legal approval through the LCMP portal and incorporate change suggestions for timely approvals.

- Filing creatives as per compliance guidelines

- Providing duly signed bills to finance team

- Checking that bills are correct, complete and GST compliant

- Following up for processing and closure of payments

- Briefing Provider team on request from Branches/TPD at least 7 working days in advance

- Getting Provider SPOC details

- Ensuring that both Provider team are connected and briefed about the activation

- Invoices & billing Briefing, coordinating and delivering through the Creative Agency, printing vendors, BTL agencies and translation service providers.

- Negotiating and processing the invoices and billing
