Location - Agra & Dehradun
Required Qualification Graduation 50% minimum
Required Experience 4-8 years
Position Purpose: To Achieve Retail Assets disbursal volume targets set for the area (Through DSA's and channel partners for Business loans)
Responsibilities :
1. Appointment of DSAs for Business Loans
2. Achieve BIL disbursement targets through DSA's
3. DSA Management (Managing payouts, new incentive schemes, etc.)
4. Training and development of DSAs
5. Increasing productivity of DSA- s
6. Compliance on KYC and PDD's
7. Competition mapping
Qualification :
1. Minimum aggregate of 50% in the qualifying exam
2. Any Graduate
3. PG - MBA/PGDM
