Channel Manager - Sales & Marketing - eCommerce Vertical (1-5 yrs)
- Responsible for managing all aspects of eCommerce business including P&L, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing activities.
- Generate and implement new sales and marketing initiatives to increase website and eCommerce sales.
- Increase inbound lead generation and channel sales through digital activities.
- Partner with the branding team to maximize the impact of every message and drive sales through digital channels.
- Support Brand team to execute Social Media strategy for the brand across all platforms - Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Analysing & providing platform-wise daily, weekly and monthly reports based on eCommerce, website and social media performance metrics.
- Proactive planning for regular schemes and festivals with branding and operations team to boost business.
- Provide expertise on current industry best practices and consult cross-functional parties to stay compliant.
- Hands-on eCommerce experience with a proven record of scaling a brand/product
- Strong business judgment, and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives; strong attention to detail
