Job Role :
- Working with the franchise and new customers for sales growth
- Working on franchise incentives and achievability of goals on a regular basis
- Tracking defaulters and following up to ensure efficiency and high levels of performance
- Responsible for monitoring and collecting payments on the basis of target dates
- Tracking and reviewing projects to ensure timely implementation
- Responsible for monitoring and reviewing the performance of the team (targets, bookings, collection of delivery load, operations team support, aligning vacant areas of deliveries)
- Tracking service performance of subordinates, responsible for real-time updation of records
