Channel Development Manager - Insurance (5-10 yrs)

Job Description : 


Key Responsibilities : 


- Understand the IMF regulation, value proposition & registration process 


- Independently implement the IMF acquisition plan in the territory


- Ensure quality of IMFs in sync with desired profile Enable the setup of IMF of agreed prospects 


- Ensure seamless contracting of IMFs Manage performance of setup IMFs in steady state


- Drive quality of business sourced from IMFs Measures of Success IMF Acquisition Revenue IMF Activity & Retention Quality of Business


Required Skills : 


sales, business development, life insurance


a. We would prefer to hire Ex - Max employee from Agency or Distribution or both but with minimum 2 yrs experience with Max Life.

b. Age Limit - 32 to 37 yrs

c. Total Experience - 5 to 10 yrs

d. Relationship Manager / Wealth Manager from banking with experience from Agency / Alternate Distribution channel will be preferred.

e. Will also prefer candidates form HDFC Life, Bajaj, Tata AIG with Agency / Distribution / Both channel experience.

f. Trainer with sales experience in Insurance can also be considered for CDM role.

g. Candidates with only bannca channel experience will not be considered for CDM role.

What is IMF (Insurance Marketing Firm)?

IMF is an independent autonomous identity, licensed by IRDA and allowed to sell multiple financial products under one roof. It is compulsory to show minimum Rs. 10 lacs as initial deposit to IRDA to set up the IMF by the interested Prospect. IMF is a professional B2B model with whom Max life works as a partner and helps the prospects in establishing the IMF and growing further.

What is IM (Insurance Manager)?

IM's are the part time employees of Max life Insurance Co Ltd. They are required to attend office 4 times in a month and can earn 6.50 lacs in a year as overall income including incentives. IM is the by-product of the IMF channel.
