Job Summary :

- As the Manager of Channel Partnerships at Chandigarh University, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic relationships with channel partners, including educational consultants, agents, and other institutions. This role involves creating and executing partnership strategies to enhance the university's reach, drive student enrollment, and achieve business objectives. The Manager will collaborate with internal stakeholders to align partnership activities with the university's goals.

Key Responsibilities :

Channel Partner Development :

- Identify and recruit new channel partners, including educational consultants, agents, and institutions, to expand the university's reach in domestic and international markets.

- Nurture and strengthen existing partnerships through regular communication and support.

Strategic Planning :

- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel partnership strategy aligned with the university's enrollment and business development objectives.

- Collaborate with university leadership to ensure alignment between partnership activities and overall institutional goals.

Negotiation and Contract Management :

- Negotiate partnership agreements and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with university policies.

- Oversee the development of contractual documents and ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.

Training and Support :

- Provide training and support to channel partners, equipping them with the necessary information and tools to effectively promote the university's programs.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including admissions and marketing, to ensure seamless communication and support for channel partners.

Performance Monitoring :

- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for channel partners and regularly monitor and evaluate their performance against established targets.

- Implement corrective measures and enhancements as needed to optimize partner performance.

Collaboration with Marketing :

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns and materials to support channel partners.

- Ensure that marketing collateral and messages align with the university's brand and positioning.

Data Analysis and Reporting :

- Utilize data analytics to track and analyze the effectiveness of channel partnership initiatives.

- Generate regular reports for university leadership, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications :

- Master's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

- Minimum of 7 years of experience in channel partnership management, business development, or related roles.

- Proven track record of successful channel partner development and management.

- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

- Familiarity with the education sector and enrollment processes.
