Champs - Manager - Business Development - Latin & Africa (2-15 yrs)

Support to the marketing team :

- Prepare a marketing plan and arrange LBLs or inputs and ensure timely availability of the same to field staff for product promotion.

- To prepare promotional materials like LBLs and product presentations as per the requirement.

- Prepare PPTs for product presentations to doctors, distributors and field staff.

- To impart training to field staff.

Field work :


- To meet doctors for product promotion.

- To conduct CMEs.


Tenders :

Prepare and / OR collate documentation for tenders in close co-ordination with Regulatory team.

Managing existing/new customers :

- To handle customers and orders for the assigned countries.

- Increase business by means of offering more products to the existing customer or add new customer for new set of products in the existing territory wherever possible.

- Maintaining records for secondary sales in related territories

- Work towards developing long term business

- Track orders right from generation of purchase orders to receipt of payments from the customers


Co-ordination - internal :

Closely co-ordinate with

- Regulatory department, to ensure dossiers are sent on time and also ensure quick registrations by following up closely with overseas customer.

- outsourcing and logistics department, for timely manufacture of orders and dispatches respectively.

Executive /Asst- Manager - Business Development (Depending upon candidate's profile)- ) - LATAM / CIS


Job Purpose/:

To be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing plans in one or more territories as mentioned:

- Preferably CIS & Latin America

- Part of Business Development team .

Key Responsibilities :

- Part of Business Development team for planning and implementing budgets, preparing marketing plan and budget, pricing policy, in product development, and achieving Sales & Marketing objectives of the territory.

- To train field force and business partners on company products for quality representation, and work in the field to meet doctors, pharmacists, and KOLs for promoting products and doing market research.

- To prepare brand content such as promotional material, medical and marketing presentations, procure published material, and to respond to medical and marketing queries.

- To prepare and study ROI of the brands and provide periodic reports and recommendations.

- To develop and nurture KOL doctors in territories.
