ChaiBag - Manager - Social Media Marketing (0-5 yrs)
1. Execute our social media marketing strategy, regarding the content type (as per the platform), frequency and channels
2. Plan, create, schedule and post content aligned to the brand and content strategy, according to predefined deadlines
3. Interact with and respond to existing and prospective social media followers to build brand engagement across social media platforms
4. Create, schedule and post informational content about the brand on social media
5. Remain current with social media trends through research, and ensure that our brand maintains relevance by leveraging these insights
6. Ensure that Chaibag's social media following grows in line with monthly and yearly projections, across social media platforms; create unique opportunities for engagement and brand partnership through outreach
Required :
1. Has a proven track record with social media marketing (internships included)
2. Is proactive in seeking new avenues for growth
3. Has excellent written and verbal English communication skills
4. Has strong time management skills
5. Has experience with content creation and graphic design tools (e.g. Canva)
6. Has successfully created different types of engaging social media content (reel, carousel, stories, etc.)
7. Has a proven track record for increasing "followers" across social media platforms
8. Is always available (at predetermined times) for regular updates and check-ins

Salary Details :
Probation Duration : 6 months
Salary during probation : 10,000 - 15,000 /month
After probation :
Annual CTC : 2 LPA
Annual CTC breakup :
1. Fixed pay :
1. 6 LPA
2. Variable pay : 0.4 LPA
