Designation - Assistant Brand Manager - Marketing
Location - Bangalore
Role: We are looking for an energetic and creative marketer who is eager to roll up the sleeves and be hands-on. This is an individual contributor role reporting to senior brand manager. You will own marketing deliverable and work with multiple teams and agencies on a daily basis to deliver operational goals
Responsibilities:
- Spearhead new product launches and product campaigns with focus on media planning, budget management and timely execution
- Design Go-to-Market strategy for the new launches
- Manage retail merchandising
- Partner with cross-functional teams to co-create campaigns to increase AOV, product strike rate and region-wise retail walk-ins.
- Manage external vendor and agencies for BTL marketing
- Build pipeline for partnerships and alliances
Requirements :
- Proven experience in Retail marketing
- Understanding of Marketing operations management
- Vendor management
- Budget management
- Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
- Teamwork and leadership skills
