- Manager of Customer Success

- Since 1996, hundreds of thousands of participants from various cultures, backgrounds, and organizational levels have experienced Cesim's business simulations. Our headquarters are located in Helsinki, and we operate globally through own offices and partner network.

- As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for a specific assigned client base and the main task would be to collaborate with the clients for smooth delivery of our business simulations.

Responsibilities :

- Be responsible for client demo's and align our product/services to client need's

- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients

- Be responsible for after sales support include training for designated clients and act as the first line of support

- Are genuinely happy about helping people.

- Are a relationship builder. You enjoy building long term relationships with our customers to understand their requirements and help them succeed.

- Are an excellent communicator

- Are comfortable dealing with data able to analyze, and interpret data and drive valuable insights.

- Are curious by nature and get excited about learning new things.

- Are organized, pay a lot of attention to detail, and have an ability to prioritize and manage time.

- Are willing to get out in front of the problem and create solutions before they are needed.

Requirements :

- Desired work Experience : 1-6 years

- Freshers with MBA ( equivalent ) may apply

- Entrepreneurial spirit who thrives in a small-business environment.

- Location : Bangalore

- Enthusiasm for helping customers succeed with experiential learning technologies.


- Comfortable in a university environment.

- Master's degree

- Excellent presentation and writing skills.
