Job Description :
- Converting the enquiries of the customers into site visits and further deals.
- Handling Inbound and Outbound calls.
- Emailing the project information to potential customers.
- Converting leads to prospects, passing on to sales & arranging site visits.
- Responsible for handling the customer inquiry and coordination with Sales.
- Enter and update customer information in the lead management system.
- Regular follow-up with the customers.
- Preparing daily reports of lead generated.
- Keep records of calls and co-ordinate with sales team regarding the interest of the customers and note useful information.
- Upgrading the product knowledge in terms of competitors rate, configuration, market trends etc.
- Maintaining accurate database of the call records and presentation of the same on a timely basis.
