Job Description:

Across multiple world-class projects and plotted land developments, and associations with top notch consultants assuring gold standards in vision, construction, planning and execution of projects.

We are looking for dynamic, smart professionals with 8 plus years' of experience in driving channel sales team. A go-getter with passion for field sales, network selling and an out of box thinking attitude will be a right fitment. Candidates with real estate and Channel sales exposure will be preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Activation of Channel Partner's across Bangalore to ensure walk-ins drive and sales closures as per assigned targets.

- Activation of Regional CPs across Bangalore and ensuring sales closures.

- Ensure the best relationships with the existing and new Channel Partners . Training of CP Team, Lead registration, Handling objections, supporting in campaign activation, etc

- Handling all the Channel partner related issues (if any) like source conflict, billing, payments, etc

- Conducting regular channel partner meet for engagement and ensuring landing pages, microsites and other lead generation & walkins related details are active with them

- Extraordinary customer follow up for Site visit and closures.

- To ensure monthly, quarterly and annual sales target achievement.


- Lead generation, Site visits and closures though channel partner as source.
