Centum Learning - Sales Trainer - FMCG Project (8-10 yrs)
- Conducting Classroom Training.
- Conducting On The Job Training / On The Job Caching.
- Facilitating online assessments of the participants.
- Planning the monthly training calendar in consultation with the Regional Training Head.
- Sales Training for front-line team.
- Building reports, dashboards & MIS.
- Analyzing training reports to recommend the training interventions.
- Engaging with the teams through various online mediums to post training recommendations.
- Engaging with Client to understand the problem areas and provide training solutions accordingly.
- Experience Required : Should have a total experience of about 8-10 years out of which candidate should have 4-6 years of training experience preferably in beauty or personal care industry.
- Candidates having Sales Training Experience with FMCG industry segment will also be considered.
- Candidate should be ready for an extensive Travel of 15-20 days a month.
- Base Location will be Andheri East (Mumbai).
