Leading a team to achieve cash surplus target for the Gym

- Supervising the accounting, finance, and budget operations of the branch

- Ensuring training, retaining & motivating a high performance team to achieve set revenue targets

- Developing sales strategy and new business development for the gym with help of marketing team, corporate sales team and so on

- Resolving operational issues at gym & maintaining the hygiene & decorum of the center

- Answering to all the customer queries, complaints, and providing superior customer experience

- Conducting team meeting for sales review, equipment management, and other operational matter pertaining to the gym

- Driving regular audits in sales & operation, procedures and documents to control misuse of membership, data, records, leakage and cost control

- Creating promotional materials to advertise organization and promoting growth
