3) Planning and co ordinating daily work assignments and operations handling front desk activities
4) To constantly monitor the levels of service quality at the center and devise strategy to improve any shortfalls
5) To ensure client satisfaction and improve sales
6) Ensure all the documentation and record keeping is done by the self and the team
