We are hiring Females for a Leading Hair Care brand for the position of a Center Head

Role Purpose:

To build and maintain a high performance sales organization to effectively achieve business objectives.

Brief:

Gender: Females only

Experience required: 2 to 10 years

Salary Offered: 2 Lakhs - 3 Lakhs per Annum (Additionally, Good Incentives + PF + Medical Benefits)

Qualification: Graduate

Age bar: up to 30 years

Job Summary:

- Warmly greet clients, walk them to the proper beauty station and inform assigned beauticians of their arrival

- Answer questions about services and schedule appointments based on availability

- Update client records with contact and billing details, appointments and services offered.

- Order business cards, brochures and stationery as needed.

- To follow prescribed quality parameters.

- Ensure achievement of daily targets.

- Ensure complete awareness of all new and existing products & services.

- To ensure that the clinic meets/exceeds the sales targets provided to it.

- To take the responsibility of complete operations in the clinic such as clinic infrastructure, machines, stocks, tools, petty cash and the operational standards.

- Train, Guide and Motivate the clinic teams to perform better.

- To be responsible for Ensuring Standardization of Clinics

- To be responsible for Product Explanation / Counseling.

- To be responsible for Handling Customer Complaints & Queries.

- Reporting to Management/ ASM about Performance of clinic/ MIS/ Reports

- To be responsible for ensuring grooming standards as per the company are met.

- Should take up Hair Treatments as and when required / instructed incase of exigency and emergency requirement.

- Responsible for achieving Sales targets set by the organization for the centre.

- Reviewing performance of the Team on a monthly basis

- Developing Strategy for the Center.

- Handling Customer grievances, SOPs, Operations, People Management, and Marketing Strategies.

- Handling Escalation case

- A multi tasker with eye on detail & a previous team handling experience.

- Willingness to work as a leader in order to deliver the profitability for the centre.

- Acts as a single point of contact for all admin & operation activities adhered at the branch.

- Must be a profit centre along with the enthusiasm to develop the core values & the business demand.

- Book and confirm appointments via phone and email

- Process transactions (cash and credit cards) and issue receipts

- Offer beverages and chat with clients who are in the waiting area

- Inform clients about new services and discounts.

- Cross-sell services and products when appropriate (e.g. through informative brochures and gift cards)

- Prepares hair for styling by analyzing hair condition; shampooing and treating hair.

- Conditions hair and scalp by applying treatments.

- Plans desired effect by studying facial features; examining potential styles; conferring with customer; making recommendations.
