Centers Capital - Customer Service Role - Chat Process (0-10 yrs)

- We are looking for candidates on PAN INDIA basis for our Work From Home job. Any candidate who is Class 12 pass can apply, but his typing skill should be good. This is 5 days a week work from 10 AM to 5PM Monday to Friday. Candidates should be comfortable and fluent in any ONE of these language English, Hindi, Telegu, Tamil, Kannada and Malyalam. Candidates no bar and candidates salary depends on there Qualification and Experience.

Role :

1. Talking with the customer and understanding there issues

2. Confirming the customer details

3. Escalating the issues of the customer to the higher authority or connecting them to the support desk as and when required

4. Follow up the customer

5. Motivating them to review there experience with us

Responsibility :

1. Escalating the issue to the higher authority and ensuring there issues is been resolved

2. Ensuring that the customer problem has been resolved and follow up with them after 14 days from the day there issues has been resolved

3. Maintaining the database of the customer been approached

4. Trouble shooting there basis issues

5. Ensuring that the customer doesn't have any further queries or issues.

Job Profile :

- Candidates job is very simple, talk to the customer, confirm there details, narrow down there issues and connect/escalates there issue to the Support team.
