Achieve the AFYP and RM productivity targets
II. Will be the LI champion at the Axis Bank remote banking setup
III. Expected to establish him/herself as the subject matter expert on
LI products & process
IV. Handhold & motivate the remote RMs of Axis Bank to pitch LI
V. Continuously engage and train the remote RM team on the new LI product & process development
VI. Generate the expected monthly LI productivity per remote RM
VII. Coordinate with the MLI regional sales leads for policy documentation etc
VIII. Coordinate with various cross-functional teams for the early issuance of policies sourced by remote RMs team
Desired qualifications and experience :
- Graduate with 6yr+ experience
- LI sales experience in banca setup of over 4yrs
- LI tele sales experience preferred but not mandatory
- Strong relationship skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills both in English & Hindi
IX. Keep track of policies generated by remote RM team
X. Create remote RMs performance visibility through business MISes
- Achieve the desired AFYP productivity.
- Achieve Remote RM monthly activation targets.
- Positive feedback from channel partner.
- Quality of Business - Low business loss
