Our client is a leading institute that provides services for every step towards studying abroad such as preparatory courses, counselling services, pre-departure orientation etc. With over 20 centres in multiple countries, they are well-known for a high percentage of their students admitting into ivy league schools and attaining excellent scores and scholarships.
You will be responsible for :
- Achieving sales and delivery targets to ensure profitability of the center
- Promoting excellent customer service that will represent the overall brand experience
- Counselling students, handling daily center operations, inquiries & walk-ins and building good relationships with students
Managing a team of 6-10 people.
The Profile :
- You have at least 4 years of experience in Sales/Counselling or similar field, ideally within the Education industry.
- You have solid experience in a regional role ideally including experience covering India.
- You have a proven track record of meeting/exceeding your targets.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
- You are a strong networker & relationship builder
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
