Center Manager - Sales - Education (2-10 yrs)
The main purpose of the job is to strategically align the Centre in becoming a hub for the successful development of young adults and student's community to acquire their skills and knowledge.
- Promote and represent the center both internally and externally
- Business Development for Rooman paid training and vocational training.
- Conducting promotional events & Increase Enrolments.
- Conversion of Inquiries in to Admissions
- Handle all operations/ marketing/student enrolment etc. for the Centre.
- Responsible for developing and retaining key school/preschool accounts.
- Developing yearly budget plan and ensuring center operations smoothly runs as per the pre-decided budgets.
- Ensure that meeting pre-decided inquiry and enrolments. Manage the center & staff.
- A strong sense of managing and controlling a business unit.
- Be able to develop and present reports to senior management
