Team handling :
- Responsible for overall revenue and business development
- Handing Operation (Quality/ Placement / Sales & Marketing)
- New Area develop planning as per analysis
- Making accompaniment calls with FSEs & AMs to ensure appropriate hand holding.
- Educate team about product and other complimentary services offered.
- Identifying new market segments and tapping profitable business opportunities in B2B & B2C segment.
- Constant Education and Product Knowledge Checking of Team to keep them abreast of the latest developments in the sector and within the organization, if there is any.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities in order to achieve
- Achieving Monthly Targets across all parameters.
- Develop and Maintain positive working relationship amongst subordinates to ensure high level of engagement and output..
- Organizing and participating in relevant events
- Interfacing with Parents / Educational institutions for ascertaining requirements
- Making presentations and delivering need based product solutions
- Ensuring speedy resolution of queries & grievances to maximize customer satisfaction levels & Addressing issues, sales conflicts and pricing issues in a timely manner.
- Maintaining excellent relations with Customers to generate revenues for further business
- Monthly team review
- Identifying training needs of the team.
