CEIPAL - Manager - Product Marketing (5-10 yrs)
Ceipal is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Product Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive the success of our products in the market. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, to ensure the successful launch and promotion of our products.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Study Ceipal products and develop product positioning and messaging that resonates with customers and differentiates our products from competitors.
- Create compelling product and solution content, including marketing collaterals, sales enablement materials, and website content.
- Define and communicate target customer segments and product positioning.
- Serve as a company spokesperson and go-to product expert.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in product marketing to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Skills :
- Proven experience of >5 years in product marketing, brand marketing or similar role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Prior expertise in creating customer-centric engaging content from product and technical features.
- Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
- Need to understand regional (e.g., US, UK, India, APAC, etc) product requirements, market positioning, recruitment industry-specific requirements and positioning.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making.
- Proficiency in market research and competitive analysis.
- Degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.
