As the driving force behind CEIPAL's International Growth, you would have to apply both conventional & unconventional methods to strategize & execute GTM and Growth marketing plans to catapult CEIPAL into new geographies, in the best & fastest way possible.

You would take up the challenging responsibility of growing CEIPAL into new and sustainable revenue markets (UK, India, APAC, EMEA and others) outside the US. The target is to increase International revenue contribution from 8% in 2021 (launch year) to 40% by 2024 and continue growing.

Responsibilities:

- Leading the International Growth/Marketing vertical would predominantly require you to work on the following 3 major sub-verticals:

o Demand Generation - predominantly through Digital Marketing

o Events/Partnerships/PR

o Product Marketing (This will be in co-ordination with the US CMO Office)

- Evaluate the potential of a new market & strategize the execution plan

- Building Rockstar teams by owning the complete hiring processes

- Working with Product teams to ensure product-market fit on a regional basis

- Work with International Sales & Customer Success teams to chart out campaigns for

Revenue boost

- Set step-wise targets and deliver inch-perfect execution of the same

You'll gain loads of experience in this role but before you do, you should have:

- Atleast 5+ years of experience in high-growth Startups/SaaS Companies

- MBA from Tier-1 B-schools

- Prior experience in launching new geographies would definitely be preferred

- Experience in SaaS Marketing (Digital esp.) is required

- Ability to apply analytical/Critical thinking to decision making

- Creative & Out-of-the-box mindset

- Strong Execution/Implementation capabilities

Job Location: Hyderabad, India, with International Travel required.
