IDPPL is seeking a Chief Business Officer to join our initiative Ceekr.

Key Responsibilities:

- Planning and setting up the sales and marketing processes for the B2B segment of our business. This includes all sales training, program implementation, process optimization and recruiting and selection of sales and marketing talent.

- Responsible for the pre launch and post launch strategy to sell our B2B business

- Coordinating with various internal stakeholders to create an enriching experience for our B2B customers

- Would be responsible for integration of different teams across marketing, sourcing, technology, catalog development, merchandising, supply chain, shared services (HR, legal, finance) etc. and create a well rounded off and integrated team for the B2B business.

- Responsible for the budget planning, and leveraging existing resources to meet revenue targets

- Responsible for the overall sales activity, generation of leads through various channels and revenue generation for B2B segment of our business. Ensure the development of all strategic product roadmaps and corresponding marketing plans, productivity and effectiveness of the sales organization.

- Responsible for both direct and channel sales effectiveness and meeting their targets.

- Fosters close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the sales organization's efficient operation and success.

- Responsible for weekly/ monthly and periodic reporting of our core B2B KPIs.

Requirements:

- The incumbent should by all means be a go getter, somebody who has the knack to set up businesses from scratch, is entrepreneurial in nature and mindset

- 7+ Years of experience in leading and managing a Sales & Marketing Team.

- BTech & MBA from a Tier 1 College preferred

- High Energy, Aggressive and Street smart individual with strong leadership skills

- A background in Tech and Finance will be preferred

- Personable and be able to develop and grow the business through building trust and relationships in the industry, identifying opportunities, and completing business deals.
